How to Use: Place a few drops in a diffuser to clear the air in your home or office. Place a few drops in a nasal inhaler, your cupped hands, or a tissue and breathe in through your nose. Boil a pot of water and add a few drops of Cold and Flu Shield to the pot and breathe in the steam. Add 10 drops to a spray bottle filled with water to clean surfaces (test on delicate surfaces before use). You can add 2 or 3 drops to a carrier oil (such as jojoba) and rub under the nose (not in) or on the chest.
