Refund policy
You may return most new, unopened items within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging with all labels, tags, and seals intact
Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Request an RMA Number
Email our customer support team at info@newearthinnovations.earth to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA. -
Prepare Your Return Package
After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation. -

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
- We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the condition of the item. If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return to process the refund.
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Special International Orders (Countries Not on Our Shipping List)Â
Although we follow all the rules of shipping to your country, we can not guarantee delivery. Because of the costs involved to us, we can not offer any refunds on special orders.
