Our Organic Laurel Leaf Essential Oil, also named Bay Laurel is your lymphatic system’s best friend! This oil is known for its  diuretic properties, lymphatic stimulator, reducing  edema/water retention as well as reducing swelling of the lymph nodes due to inactivity, viral infection or bacterial infection. When highly diluted with a carrier oil of your choice(we like jojoba or rosehip seed oil for the skin)  it can even help reduce puffy under-eyes and dark circles (be careful NOT to get the oil in your eyes and always dilute before use in this sensitive area) by tapping the oil lightly on the lymph in the orbital area as well as the temples, behind the ears and along the sides of the neck where the majority of your lymph nodes are on the face/head and neck. 

Traveling? Don’t forget your Bay Laurel! Due to its antiviral and antibacterial properties, gently breathe in the oil while on an airplane or in crowded place to prevent airborne illness. It is also excellent for clearing the airways and sinuses on a long trip.
