How to Use: Place a few drops on a tissue, or in a nasal inhaler and breathe in through the nose, diffuse a few drops in a diffuser, or place a few drops under your nose (never in the nose)/on cupped hands and breathe. You can also place a few drops in boiling water and breathe in the steam.

Eucalyptus essential oil is also great for those who suffer from seasonal allergies. It can help to reduce the severity of symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, watery eyes, and headaches. It can also be used to help reduce the symptoms of hay fever and other airborne allergies
