Nine Steps From Empty to Full-Filled - eBook
Nine Steps From Empty to Full-Filled - eBook
That hollow feeling inside you won't go quiet, and the chocolate, overtime, and second glass aren't weakness. They're substitutes for three real needs: love, security, and esteem. This is a nine-step path that doesn't ask you to give anything up. It asks you to genuinely fill the gap, so the substitute loses its job and the "no" becomes easy. End your life with no regrets and at peace, not by removing desire, but by finally meeting it. Nine carryable steps from empty to full-filled.
Nine Steps:
Step One: We Admitted the Empty Was Real - name the hollow, admit we can't fill it alone, and name it without shame.
Step Two: The Craving Is a Signal, Not a Verdict on Your Worth - read the craving as a pointer at a missing need, separate it from shame.
Step Three: Naming the True Hunger Under the Hunger - find the real need behind the craving: love, safety, esteem.
Step Four: We Looked at Our Substitute Without Shame - see the fake clearly (and notice every run to it is a step away from God).
Step Five: We Became a Seeker - research, ask, think, and leave a seat open for a real answer.
Step Six: We Chose to Believe - let faith enter; believe the real three fills exist for us.
Step Seven: We Invited God Into the Moment the Craving Arrived - ask for the true fill in the actual moment, not later.
Step Eight: We Received What Was Already Offered - let love, security, and esteem land, and watch the substitutes lose their jobs.
Step Nine: We Carried the Hand Forward - the filled hand reaches the next person; the climb becomes a passing along.
