1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original condition
• In their original packaging with all labels, tags, and seals intact

Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

How To Start A Return (Return Process)

1. Request an RMA Number
   Email our customer support team at info@newearthinnovations.earth to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA.
2. Prepare Your Return Package
   After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation.
