2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the condition of the item. If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return to process the refund.
• Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Special International Orders (Countries Not on Our Shipping List) 

Although we follow all the rules of shipping to your country, we can not guarantee delivery. Because of the costs involved to us, we can not offer any refunds on special orders.
