3. Special International Orders (Countries Not on Our Shipping List)

If you would still like to place an order, and your country is not on our shipping list, then we will still complete your order under the conditions that there is no guarantee customs in your country will deliver the product even if appropriate customs are paid.

The order has to be created manually by our staff and you will receive an invoice. Once the order is placed, we are not liable for the decisions made by customs in your country.

Although we follow all the rules of shipping to your country, we can not guarantee delivery. Because of the costs involved to us, we also can not offer any refunds on special orders.

How to request a special international order

To request a special international order, please email us with the following information:

  • Items you would like to purchase

  • Full name

  • Complete shipping address (including postal code)

  • Country

  • Telephone number

Once received, our team will review your request and confirm whether a special international order can be created for your destination.
