3. Adding, Editing & Removing Delivery Addresses
Add a New Address
- Click your initials in the top-right corner of the site.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the Addresses section.
- Click Add New Address.
- Enter your full details, including:
- Name
- Street address
- Apartment or unit (if applicable)
- City, State/Province
- ZIP/Postal Code
- Country
- Phone number (optional, but helpful for deliveries)
- Check the box “Set as default address” if you want this to become your primary delivery location.
- Click Save.
Your new address will now appear in your list of saved delivery locations and can be used for future orders or subscriptions.
Edit an Existing Address
- In your Profile → Addresses section, locate the address you want to update.
- Click the edit icon (usually a pencil symbol).
- Update any details such as street, unit, city, or postal code.
- Save your changes.
If this address is linked to an active subscription, those deliveries will automatically update to the new details.
Set a Default Address
- In your address list, locate the address you prefer as your default.
- Click Set as Default.
Your default address becomes the primary option for checkouts and subscription deliveries.
Remove an Address
- In the Addresses section, find the address you no longer need.
- Click the Delete or Remove button.
- Confirm when prompted.
If the address is currently used for a subscription, you may be asked to assign a new default address before the system allows removal.
Address Tips for Customers
- You can store multiple addresses—for example, home, office, or a seasonal delivery location.
- If you move or temporarily change locations, remember to update the address before your next subscription renewal date to avoid delivery delays.
- Deleting unused or outdated addresses ensures that deliveries always go to the correct place.
